As of February 10, 2012, the Restaurant "Au Trotthus" Riquewihr reopens for the 2012 season and welcomes you with a new formula and a new Chef. Spend some time with us for a tasty experience in a setting where the famous winepress is awaiting you!

The Chef, Philippe Aubron, having knocked nearly 20 years around the world - from Japan to Australia and to the Caribbean - decided to drop his pots in Riquewihr. His Gourmet cuisine, inventive and refined, makes extensive use of the produce of Alsace and will satisfy the most demanding palates.
